Dear Professor Angle,
I was wondering if the Berggruen Fellowship Program would be open for doctoral students or junior scholars? My impression of the website is that the Fellowship is only reserved for accomplished scholars. Am I right?

I don’t actually know if there are any specific constraints, and since the program is new, it may be subject to change. I recommend contacting them directly (see the link above) and asking.
