  1. I received my paperback copy last week. I haven’t had a chance to go through it yet, but I noticed that when Brill says shipping to Canada is $4.00, they apparently mean $32.85! 🙁

    • Happy too announce that they are refunding me some money.

    • Paul R. Goldin says:

I got it with my handy author’s discount (my reward for doing the new edition of Van Gulik’s Sex & Society), and shipping from their center in Massachusetts was pretty nominal in my case.

  2. Pro Tip: You can buy the dictionary as an add-on to Pleco! There’s a demo version available as a free download. Note: I’m not sure how it compares to the printed edition.
