  1. I like this piece very much; I imagine it will be very helpful to many people.

    The labels raise a question or two for me: “global thinking” and “Chinese-English philosophy.” Am I right in thinking the piece has in mind mainly how native Chinese ideas (mainly very old ones) are bearing new fruit in the English-language or Western philosophical forum—rather than how native Western ideas (perhaps mainly very old ones) are bearing new fruit in the Chinese philosophical forum?
