Routledge has recently published a new research monograph titled Moral Partiality written by Yong Li of Wuhan University. Yong Li is a Professor of Philosophy and the Associate Dean of School of Philosophy at Wuhan University. China. Yong’s new book explores the issue of familial partiality and specifically discusses whether it is morally praiseworthy to love one’s family partially. The author discusses the efficacy of three major arguments to justify moral partiality in Confucianism.
