Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Philosophy
(Asian Philosophy or Asian Religion)
The School of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, invites qualified academics to apply for a newly created position of tenure-track assistant professor in Asian Philosophy or Asian Religion.
The usual workload for this position includes teaching two courses per semester, scholarly research, and university service. The teaching assignments include courses for philosophy majors/minors and for general education. The individual must maintain an active research agenda and be scholarly productive in research. In addition, a reasonable amount of university service, such as curricular development and committee work, is also expected.
