The membership of the ISCP has endorsed Professor Lisa Raphals as the new Vice President of the International Society for Chinese Philosophy (ISCP).  Her two-year term (2020-2021) will begin on September 1, 2020. Congratulations!

Prof. Raphals is Professor of the Department of Comparative Literature and Languages at the University of California-Riverside. She is a world-renowned scholar specializing in Chinese Philosophy and history, with research interests in Greek philosophy and comparative philosophy, history of science and religion, Daoism, gender, and science fiction studies. She has also served on numerous editorial, advisory boards and program committees including American Philosophical Association, Philosophy East and West, History of Philosophy Quarterly, among many others.
