European Association for Chinese Philosophy

I recently received this announcement from Jana Rošker about the newly-established European Association for Chinese Philosophy. There has been a lot of activity in Chinese philosophy for a while, and it’s nice to see this new scholarly association to encourage it further.

Dear colleagues!

In October 2014, we have established the European Association for Chinese philosophy (EACP).

If you are interested in our activities, please check the EACP website (http://www.ea-cp.eu/ ). We invite you to join us and to fill out your membership application form at the tab “Members” (http://www.ea-cp.eu/members ).

We are looking forward to hearing from you and hoping the EACP registration will be one of the first joyful activities you will be performing in 2015.

We are open for all membership proposals and invite you to spread the news among all interested scholars through your own distribution channels.

At the same time, we would like to ask you to send us any information about the research or exchange projects and all other academic activities in the field of Chinese thought you are carrying out. All other information (announcements, related links, etc.) is also welcome.

Finally, we would like to seize this opportunity to wish you all a peaceful, active, successful, romantic, better, curious, creative, healthy and so on… New Year.

And please, let us know if something is not working! I guess every one of us is a bit of a Zen master, so RELAX – NOTHING IS UNDER CONTROL!

Yours Sincerely,

Jana S. Rošker (jana.rosker@ff.uni-lj.si )

In the name of the EACP board
