The International Society for Chinese Philosophy (ISCP) invites submissions for two group sessions at the 2026 Eastern Division Meeting of the American Philosophical Association (APA) in Baltimore, Maryland, January 7–10 2026. Please read more for submission guidelines.

Proposals on any area of Chinese philosophy, including comparative approaches that engage other philosophical traditions are welcomed. Please email submissions and any questions to Dr. Jea Sophia Oh, ISCP Liaison to the APA Eastern Division, at joh@wcupa.edu with the subject line “ISCP APA Eastern” by July 10, 2025. Submissions should include the following:

200–300 word abstract

Additionally, simultaneous submissions to multiple APA group sessions are discouraged. If selected, applicants are expected to present at the ISCP session.
All participants (speakers, commentators, and chairs) must register for the APA conference.
